Badshaah apne mulq mein ri-aaya ke liye jo chahta hai qanoon naafiz karta hai or qaazi ya jaj(judge) or wakeel is qanoon ko sikhtey padhtey hain or iske mutaabiq faisley karte or karwatey hain or hukkam wa ummal badshaah ke banaaye hue qanoono par amal karatey hain.
Allah ta’ala ne apne Rasool ﷺ ko jajo or wakeelo ki tarah sirf qanoon sikhne or janne wala nahin paida farmaya balki aapko mukammal taur par saheebey ikhtiyaar banaya or kaynate aalam mein tasarruf farmaney wala badshaah banaya or aap jo farmaye woh qanoone khudawandi hai jo kare wahi Allah ki marzi hai. Aapke qaul wa fi’al ka naam islam hai. Shariyat wa tariqat haqiqat wa maarfat sab aap hi aap hain. Aap musalman bhi hai or islam bhi aap. Momin bhi or imaan bhi aap ﷺ.
Ab aaiye is aqeede se mutalliq ahadis bhi mulahiza farmaye:
Hadees No. 01:
Hazrat Umara Ibne Khuzaima apne chacha jo sahabi hain inse riwayat karte hain ki Rasoolallah ﷺ ne ek dehaati se ghoda khareeda. Huzoor ﷺ usko apne pichhe lekar chalein taki isko ghode ki qeemat de dein. Huzoor ﷺ to tez chal rahey they woh dheerey-dheerey chal raha tha to logo’n ne aarabee se ghoda khareedney ke liye bhaav karna shuru kar diya or inhein maloom na tha ki is ghodey ko Rasoolallah ﷺ khareed chukey hain to is dehaati ne Huzoor ﷺ ko pukaar kar kaha ki aap ghoda khareed rahey hain ya phir main isko farokht karoon? to Huzoor ﷺ uski baat sunn kar thhehar gaye or farmaya kya tooney yeh ghoda mere hath farokht nahin kiya? Dehaati bola maine to nahin becha hai. Huzoor ﷺ ne farmaya yeh kaise ho sakta hai yeh ghoda to tu mere hath farokht kar chuka hai to woh dehaati gawaah talab karne laga. Hazrat Khuzaima ne farmaya main gawaahee deta hoon ki tu is ghodey ko Rasoolallah ﷺ ke hath bech chuka hai. To Huzoor ﷺ ne Hazrat Khuzaima se farmaya tumne bagair dekhe kaise gawaahee de di? Khuzaima boley Ya Rasoolallah ﷺ hum aapko sachha jaantey hain aap par imaan rakhtey hain to Rasoolallah ﷺ ne Hazrat Khuzaima ki gawahee do gawaaho’n ke barabar kar di.

Yaani Huzoor ﷺ ne apne ikhtiyaraat se Hazrat Khuzaima ki gawaahee akele do gawaaho’n ke barabar kar di. Sharah mein hai Hazrat Sayyadna Siddiqey Akbar Radiallaho Anho ke zamaaney mein Qur’aan zama kiya gaya to kaatibey Qur’aan Hazrat Zaid Ibne Saabit Qur’aan us waqt tak nahin likhtey they jab tak do log iski gawaahee na dein lekin Surah bara’at ki aakhiree aayaat sirf akele Hazrat Khuzaima ke kehne par Qur’aan mein likh di gayi. Or Aaytein Rajam isliye nahin likhi gayi ki woh akele Hazrat Umar ke paas thi or inke sath koi dusra iske Qur’aan honey ka gawaah na tha.

Hadees No. 02:
Hazrat Abu Hurerah se riwayat hai ki hum log Huzoor ﷺ ki khidmat mein ek baar haazir they ki ek shakhs aaya or usne kaha Ya Rasoolallah ﷺ main tabaah ho gaya.
Huzoor ﷺ ne irshaad farmaya kya baat hai? kehne laga maine rozey ki haalat mein apni biwi se suhbat kar li. Huzoor ﷺ ne irshaad farmaya kya tu ek ghulaam aazad kar sakta hai? Kaha nahin. Farmaya kya tu do mahiney ke rozey rakh sakta hai? Kehne laga yeh bhi mere bas ki baat nahin. Huzoor ﷺ ne farmaya tu 60 miskeeno’n ko dono waqt ka khana khila sakta hai? Bola yeh bhi mere bas se bahar hai. Raawi kehte hain phir kuch der Huzoor ﷺ thhehrey ki ek sahib ne Huzoor ﷺ ki khidmat mein bataurey hadiya ek tokra khuzurein pesh ki aapne qubool farmayi or farmaya mas’ala puchhney wala kahan hain? Usne kaha main hoon. Farmaya yeh le ja or kheraat kar de. Woh kehne laga Ya Rasoolallah ﷺ kya apne se jyada zarurat-mand ko du’n? Kasam khudaye ta’ala ki Madeeney shareef mein mere ghar se jyada muhtaaj wa zarurat-mand koi gharana nahin. Hazrat Abu Hurerah farmatey hain ki uski yeh baat sunn kar Huzoor ﷺ muskuraye yahan tak ki humne aapke Mubarak keeley(nokiley daant) dekh liye. Huzoor ﷺ ne farmaya ja or apne ghar walo’n ko khila de.

Islaam mein kasdan roza todney waley ki sazaa ek ghulaam aazad karna ya lagataar 60 rozey rakhna ya 60 miskeeno’n ko khana khilana hain lekin Rasoolallah ﷺ ko Allah ta’ala ne yeh ikhtiyaar ata farmaya hai. Aapne is shakhs ke liye sab m’aaf kar diya or hadiye mein mili huee khuzurein usey ata farma di. Woh bhi bantney ke liye nahin balki khaney or ghar walo’n ko khilaney ke liye.
Hadees No. 03:
Hazrat Bara’a farmatey hain ki mere ek maamu jin ka naam Abu Burda tha unhoney eid ki namaaz se pehle qurbaani kar di to unse Rasoolallah ﷺ ne irshaad farmaya tumhari yeh qurbaani to gosht ho gayi. (Yaani qurbaani ka sawaab nahin milega) to unhoney arz kiya Ya Rasoolallah ﷺ mere paas ek pala hua 6 maah ka bakri ka bachha hai. Uski qurbaani kar du’n? Huzoor ﷺ ne irshaad farmaya iski qurbaani kar do. Lekin ye ijaazat sirf tumharey liye hai. Tumharey alawa kisi or ke liye 6 maah ka bakri ka bachha kaafi nahin hai.

Yaani Huzoor ﷺ ne apne khuda-daad ikhtiyaar se janaab Abu Burda ke liye sirf 6 maah ke bakri ke bachhe ki qurbaani jaayez farma di. Lihaza manna padega ki beshak Allah ta’ala ne apne Rasool ko mukhtaar bana kar bheja hai majboor nahin.
Hadees No. 04:
Hazrat Abu Hurerah Radiallaho ta’ala anho ne Rasoolallah ﷺ ki shaan bayaan kartey hue Hazrat Abdullah Ibne Rawaha ke kuch ash’aar padhe jo bukhari mein likhe hain unka tarjuma yeh hai-
Humarey darmiyaan Allah ke Rasool hain jo humein khuda ki kitaab padhkar sunaatey hain jis waqt din nikalta hota hai.
Hum gumraah they to unhoney humein rasta dikhaya to humarey dilo’n ko yakeen hai ki Rasoolallah ﷺ jo keh dete hain woh jarur hota hai.

Hazrat Abdullah Ibne Rawaha or Hazrat Abu Hurerah dono’n Huzoor ﷺ ke sahabi hain jinhoney yeh baat saaf kar di ki Huzoor ﷺ Mukhtaarey kul hain aap jo farma dein woh hona hi hai.
